It’s Bacon Day. YES, a day devoted to BACON. We know we could take this savory fatty vessel and do a lot with it. But we didn’t ( If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it). We’re keeping it simple: bacon + egg cups. So delicious, filling, and EASY.
Bacon Egg Cups
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of Bacon
- 6 oz. of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place bacon around the sides of each muffin tin cup.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped cup with 1 egg
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes*
- Top with cheese and continue to bake 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
